Email QR Code Generator
Create a QR code that opens a new email pre-filled with your address, and optionally a subject and message, when someone scans it. Enter the details below and export the code for a business card, flyer or email signature. 100% in your browser - static, no tracking, never expires.
About the email QR code
An email QR code encodes a mailto: link, the same kind of link that opens the phone or computer email app with the recipient already filled in. Add a subject and body and those pre-fill too, which is ideal for support requests or lead capture ("Scan to email us"). The code is generated in your browser as a static QR, so it never expires and nobody sits between the scanner and your inbox tracking the click. Export it as a crisp SVG for print or a PNG for the screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
It encodes a mailto: link. When scanned, the phone opens its email app with your address (and any subject or body you set) already filled in - the person just types their message and hits send.
Yes. Fill in the Subject and Body fields above and they are encoded into the mailto: link, so the scanner sees a partly written email. Leave them blank to encode just the address.
